This was AMAZING. Once of the best experiences of my life. Danielle and I were chosen out of the salon to attend a special event. Oribe, hair god guru fucking genius, was in town. He did a small intimate demo and hands on class in Los Angeles. I got to see and work with him! He’s literally responsible for everything I look up to in the fashion world. Jennifer Lopez, GAGA, Versace, EVERYTHING. He’s also pretty much the coolest hairdresser I’ve ever met. He’s like a mix of Morrissey and some tattooed hair guru, pretty much I’m in love. Inspiration overload.

My coworkers and I went to watch Kennie’s sister perform at the Brea Improv! She’s soooo funny, I’m sure everyone has seen her nail salon skit before. Beautiful Nail. Just one.
Empire of the Sun was by far the WEIRDEST/ CRAZIEST concert I have EVer been to. They are crazy. I really enjoyed it but sometimes I would just crack up in the middle of the show and think about what i was watching. Snail heads, marlin heads, sparkles, head pieces, another dimension. That’s entertainment for sure.

A shoot I did. Amazing little photographer and stylist. It’s going to be the summer project, and it will be amazing. I think the only way someone can capture creativeness and do it well, is if they surround their self with creative and inspiring people. Next month will be one year that I’ve been at my salon and I don’t know how I did it before. It’s such a life style and I feel like I’m truly out of a bubble I was in. Never going back, just moving forward!! Everyday I feel like people are loosing their edge or touch or themselves because someone is holding them back (boyfriend/ girlfriends.) eeeh it breaks my little heart! Move on friends, We aren’t getting any younger!!!
